Terms and conditions.
Sunsational Rewards is a loyalty scheme that will award points to existing clients, based on the value of any purchase made in person at the Sunsational tanning salon located at 24 Commercial Rd Poole.
- Client participation in the Rewards scheme, requires registration of an online account with Sunsational.
- New subscribers to the Rewards scheme must be an existing and registered client with Sunsational.
- New registrations will become active, after verification and usually within 72 hours.
- Clients must agree to be added to our mailing list. Subsequent unsubscribing from the mailing list will remove the user from the rewards scheme.
- Points will be added to client’s online accounts usually within 24 hours of all valid purchases.
- Points earned are non-transferrable between other users.
- Account Statements are available on request to the Salon by the account holder only. (Identification may be required)
- Points have no redeemable Cash value, and can only be redeemed for other goods or services available at Sunsational.
- Points can only be redeemed, in person at the Sunsational Tanning Salon.
- Points are not available to redeem until they have been validated and added to the clients online account.
- From time to time some goods or services may be exempt from the Rewards scheme.
- Points values are subject to alteration. (Currently 2 points per whole £1.00)
- Sunsational reserves the right to refuse or delete any user account without prior notice.
- Rewards points will on Dormant accounts be deleted after 12 months of the last date used.
- Users agree to use their Social Network accounts from time to time, to recommend or share their user experiences.
- Sunsational will not pass any client information to any third party.
- Clients must inform us of any changes to their personal details including name, postal or email address at all times.
- We reserve the right to cancel any Membership or terminate any Account without notice in the event of the member’s dishonesty, misuse or attempted misuse of the scheme.
- Terms and conditions are subject to alteration without notice.
- Clients registering an online account will be deemed to have read & accepted the terms and conditions.
Currently Sunsational will award 2 points for every whole pound spent in the salon. (Saving approx 20%)
