Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a product within 7 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service on Cosmetics Consumables, Clothing, Shavers and Underwear for obvious reasons.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that your garment or product is faulty, we will happily exchange your garment/product within 30 days. Provided that you have notified us in writing within 7days of receipt of the goods. |
