Q: How can I check if my order has been shipped?

A: Please email us  & we can confirm this for you. Most orders are shipped within 48hrs. However due to postal delays it can take up to 7 days for your delivery to arrive. We will contact you by email or by telephone if your order will be subject to any delay.

Q. My order should have arrived by now. What else should I do?

A: Please allow 7 working days before contacting us in regards to non receipt of delivery. Once this time has elapsed we will be happy to track your order for you.

Q: Do you Gift Wrap?

A: Yes, we provide a gift-wrap service for a fee of £2.50, if you would like to use this service please add this in 'Other Items' category when placing your order. 

Q: How do you send out orders?

A: We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail, Guaranteed express is provided by DHL & UPS. All deliveries are made under plain cover unless otherwise requested.

Q: Does Sunsational have a printed catalogue?

A: Sunsational is  a online retailer. We have taken great efforts to ensure our website is convenient and easy to use. Our Salon is at 24 Commercial Rd. Poole. Dorset. BH14 0JR.  

Q: What does "Denier" mean?

A: Denier refers to the degree of sheerness of the hosiery. On a denier scale, a 10 denier is considered a ultra sheer, a 25 is considered a day sheer and a 30 + is considered an opaque.

Q: Can I get a product special ordered?

A: We like to offer our customers the best service possible by providing a large selection of products. Our merchandising team will be happy to try and obtain a product you have been searching for. Please email us with your suggestions or requests sales@sunsationatanning.co.uk

Q: I do not have a Credit card and I would like to order from Sunsational

A: No problem, please send us a cheque and your order to Sunsational. 24 Commercial Rd. Poole. Dorset. BH14 0JR along with a delivery address and we will be happy to send it out for you.

Q: I do not want to give my credit card details over the internet but would like to order from Sunsational is this possible?

A: You can call us on 01202 736652 and we will be happy to take your order over the telephone.

Q: Can I exchange or return merchandise?

A: We do not offer refunds except in accordance with consumer regulations. We are are happy to exchange a product within 14 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used. We cannot offer this service on Make up, Hosiery, Underwear and Earings
