‘Sunsational’ Terms and Conditions for both ‘The Salon’ situated at 24 Commercial Rd. Poole. BH14 0JR & ‘The Website’ ‘www.sunsationaltanning.co.uk’
Your details are held by us in accordance with Data Protection Guidelines. We will never pass your information to any third party.
All offers are subject to availability and are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Any offer taken by a client or customer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount promoted by Sunsational either in The Salon or on the Website.
Prepaid block booked courses are not transferable or available for sharing, the only exception is where the course has been purchased as a gift and where the course has been registered with the users details at the time of purchase.
Clients buying and or using Unlimited type courses must observe the recommended ‘Resting’ periods between sessions as suggested by E.U. guidelines and any recommendations made by Salon Staff.
These currently are:
24 hours between each UV tanning session.
No more than a total of 52 sessions per year for UV tanning sessions.
Maximum session time for our type of tanning bed is 9 mins.
Sauna use should be limited to a maximum of 3 times a week (our recommendation is 1 session per week).
New members of our Fanpage will be added to our mailing list and will agree to receive our monthly newsletter. In return Sunsational will reward members with a 20% discount of our normal ‘Pay As You Go’ tanning prices.
Sunsational reserves the right to review membership and remove any member without prior explanation.
Sunsational may request re-application from any/all individuals to audit active members from time to time.
Members unsubscribing from our mailing list will automatically remove themselves from the Fanpage and will no longer be eligible to receive discounts or offers.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our services you should in the first instance speak with Mel, our salon manager. If you feel that your complaint hasn’t been dealt with to your satisfaction please contact email@example.com
Clients/customers should, at all times, conduct themselves appropriately.
Sunsational will not tolerate abusive or in-appropriate behaviour towards Salon staff or the salon equipment.
